This guide provides general information about the resources and services available through your Roosevelt STAY Library.

WELCOME TO SORA: FIRST TIME

1. Select the SORA app in the "Library Resources" section of Clever. 
2. First time you enter app, select button "Sign in using District of Columbia Public Schools".
3. Select " My school is District of Columbia Public Schools".

ACCESS SORA THROUGH DCPS CLEVER

• Students and staff can use their Clever single sign-on account and look for SORA in the Library and Resources section

• When the SORA app is launched, users are taken to the first-time setup page. Here, students and staff can "Find My School" by typing in the District of Columbia Public Schools or use the setup code of DCPSDC

• On the next page, users will select from the drop-down menu to identify if they are a DCPS Student or DCPS Staff

• On the SORA landing page, users can browse for books, search for titles, or add a connection to the DC Public Library to access thousands of additional digital reading and audio resources

The E side of DESTINY - Follett Shelf

Currently over 900 titles. Many allow multi-reader checkout. Many have audio capabilities. All can be read online.

How?

1. Go to Destiny Catalog (www.dcps.follettdestiny.com or select from Navigation box)
Select "Roosevelt STAY" from the Programs dropdown list

2. Log into your account (student id# | birthdate (mmddyy)

3. Select tab at the top that says "Catalog," then look on the left-hand side for the Destiny Discover button. Once the Follett Destiny Discover page loads, there will be different sections that show eBooks, Interactive Books, and Books that are arranged by Collections.
